The COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak is top-of-mind right now, our teams across country are taking extra precautions when processing online orders.
The health and safety of our customers and employee is our key priority, especially at this time.
Effective today March 20th 2020, we will not be open to public until further notice.
There will be no pick up orders and in store sales. The business is operating for online orders only. If you have an order for pick up that was previously placed, we can have it arranged for delivery with reduced shipping fees.
You can still make your purchase online.
Our staff will still be able to answer your phone calls and emails
Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm PST
Delivery time maybe delayed due to overwhelmed workload for our logistic partners.
Our teams across the country are taking extra precautions to provide a safe environment in our stores.
Our stores are also taking additional preventive measures to protect our customers and staff and limit the potential spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. We are conducting extra cleaning and sanitizing high contact surfaces, and are temporarily stopping walk-in customers.
We have also taken steps to ensure that staff members who are feeling sick or at-risk not to come in to work, and will not suffer from financial needs as a result.
At this disruptive time our goal is to continue to serve our customers across the country. In order to encourage social distancing, all the customer services and inquiries will be conducted via phone/online chat only.
